Internationally renowned Belly Dance Super star, Ansuya is one of the most talented and accomplished performers, choreographers and instructors in the belly dance world today. As a soloist, she is known for being a master of improvisation, musical interpretation, emotional expression, and costume design. Her performances are energetic, sensual and innovative - captivating audiences and inspiring students around the world to enjoy her shows and study. Ansuya was named a Bellydance Superstar when she was asked by record producer, Miles Copeland to be one of eight belly dance leaders to choose their favorite songs to compile onto one CD. She also continues to appear with the Bellydance Superstars internationally.
Ansuya is a multi-award winner and has appeared on television shows, music videos and commercials as both a belly dancer and an actress. She was also nominated IAMED Best Cabaret Dancer of the Year and a three time Golden Belly Award winner for Best Cabaret Dancer of the Year.

Sunday, January 17th 2010 - Bellydancing with Props including Cane, Candle, Sword, Fan, Veil and Finger Cymbals - 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Saturday, January 16th - Buckhead Hotel Atlanta. Performances by Ansuya, Rafi'ah Dance Company, Aziza Nawal, Taylor Gerard, Diane Adams, Zivah Saphirah, Amira al Sahara, Sumaya, Samora, Zi'ah & Awalim Dance Company, Jahara Phoenix Dance Co., Amani Jabril and more! Doors open at 6:00 p.m show starts at 7:00 p.m.

Can I take just 1 day of the workshop?
Unfortunately, this workshop is sold as a 3-day package. In order to receive the certification, you must attend all 3-days. This is one event you do not want to miss!
